AMLD Senior Center-12100 Millwright Parkway

After nearly one year in existence Anderson Mill Limited District’s Senior Center boasts a membership of over 230 active seniors from the neighborhood and surrounding communities. Senior Center Coordinator West Baxter and Board Liaison Fred Grampp and all the members have helped to make the Center a welcoming and fun environment. Monthly activity calendars include trips to varied destinations such as wineries and restaurants as well as weekly clubs and special interest group meetings. Copies of the Activity Calendar are available on-line and at the Senior Center.

Please join us on Thursday September 2nd, 2010 at the Senior Center for a celebratory event marking the one-year anniversary of AMLD's Senior Center. The gathering will take place from 12pm-2pm. Lunch, punch and other goodies will be provided. AMLD staff will also be on-hand to make renewing your membership easy. Many memberships are set to expire on that very day. Also for those contemplating joining... now is your chance to come on down, meet the current members and staff, and sign up!

Looking forward to seeing everyone there to celebrate what a great successful year the Senior Center has had!
