Welcome to the Anderson Mill Fitness Center!
Anderson Mill Limited District's fitness center is located in the El Salido Pool complex.
The fitness center, while modest, has everything that you could want to achieve your personal fitness goals and is the best deal in town!
The fitness center offers free weights, machines, a myriad of cardio equipment as well as functional training tools such as medicine balls and kettle bells. We also offer Personal Training sessions with fitness experts Lindsey Lawless and Glenn Revell at a separate cost (Fitness Center Membership/Drop-in fee not required for Personal Training appointments). **Fitness Center users must be at least 16 years old**
**Dry clothes, shoes, and shirts must be worn in the fitness center (no swim suits!)**

Available year-round, any time during Public Open Hours. Have a desire to workout but not sure which equipment to use or how? Want to improve your level of fitness? Certified, patient, knowledgeable personal train offer year-round private sessions for ages 16 and up! Semi-Private lessons are also available if you would like to reduce your cost and add a friend to the mix. For more information contact the AMLD Office at (512) 258-4104.
Personal Training sessions must be purchased in person at the AMLD Office at 11500 El Salido Pkwy, Austin, TX 78750.
With private and semi-private sessions, you can pick the instructor of your choice and find a flexible time that works for both of you. Once you have talked with a private instructor and have set up a days and times, you will need to come into the AMLD Office to purchase the sessions. These sessions are 30 minutes or 30 minutes long and are for all abilities. Personal Training Sessions must be a minimum age of 16.
Rates for Semi-Personal Training Sessions
Limit of 2 people per session
Please note the following prior to scheduling the lesson.
- Sessions must be booked with a minimum of 3 business days prior to scheduled lesson.
- If the session is not canceled in a minimum of 12 hours in advance, the lesson fee will be forfeited.
- There will be no make-ups or refunds for missed sessions unless canceled with an AMLD staff member or the Personal Trainer.
- Unused Personal Training Sessions will expire 6 months from date of purchase.
- There are no refunds for unused sessions.
