Park Pavilion Rental Information



Anderson Mill Pavilion, El Salido Pavilion and Harper Park Pavilion can be reserved!

All reservations must be made in the AMLD Office located at 11500 El Salido Pkwy.

We require the Damage Deposit (Checks Only) and Full payment to make the reservation.
Damage Deposits must be picked up following business day to your rental, unless damage is done. (If you do not pick up your Damage Deposit Check after two weeks, they are shredded)

Please note: As in past years, proof of residency is required in the form of two current ID's, one with photograph and both must have correct names and current address, and match the other form of ID.
 Public restrooms are not available in Anderson Mill Limited District parks. El Salido park pavilion rentals have access to El Salido Pool restrooms during operating hours. Harper Park has Portable Toilets by the Baseball Field. Anderson Mill Pavilion Rentals have access to Anderson Mill Pool during operating hours.

Cancellations and Date Changes
(All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee and the damage deposit will be refunded in full, if paid.)
  1. Less than 10 calendar days will result in a %0 of Rental Fee returned.
  2. Less than 30 calendar days will result in the loss of %50 of Rental Fees.
  3. More than 30 calendar days will result in a full refund.
 
In the event of acts of "mother nature" or some other unforeseen circumstance, every reasonable effort that can be made, will be made, to accommodate scheduled events. Use of the facilities can only be guaranteed to the extent that circumstances remain in the control of the staff. Reasonable efforts will be made to deal with any extreme circumstance by the District to the best interest of all parties.
