Join instructor Karen Davis as she instructs Yoga I and Yoga II. All classes are held at the Anderson Mill Community Center located at 11500 El Salido Pkwy, Austin, TX 78750
Fees: $60/per session
Drop-in Fee: $10

Yoga I- Monday & Wednesday, 6:15pm-7:15pm- is a beginner friendly Hatha Yoga class. We focus on breathing, stretching, strengthening and alignment. No experience necessary, appropriate for most people.

Yoga II- Tuesday & Thursday, 6:15pm-7:15pm- is a Hatha Flow/ Vinyasa class. We link the poses that are learned in Yoga I together for a vigorous class with 20-30 minutes of flowing yoga. A strong knowledge of the poses and alignment is required.
*Prerequisite: Yoga I and teacher Approval

Yoga Morning-Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30am-10:30am- is a Hatha/Hatha Flow class. We will focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and balancing. We will learn traditional Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) and add movement to link the poses together. No Previous yoga experience is required.

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to each class session.
To register for classes you may go on-line or come in to the community center.
Classes require a min. of 6 participants. If class min. is not made, class will be full refunded.
