Yoga I - Tues & Thurs 6:15pm-7:15pm
A beginner friendly Hatha Yoga class that focuses on breathing, stretching, strengthening and alignment. No experience necessary, appropriate for most people.

Yoga II - Mon & Wed 6:30pm-7:30pm
A Hatha Flow/ Vinyasa class. We link the poses that are learned in Yoga I together for a vigorous class with 20-30 minutes of flowing yoga. A strong knowledge of the poses and alignment is required.
*Prerequisite: Yoga I and teacher Approval
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to each class session.
Classes require a min. of 6 participants.
If class minimum is not made, class will be fully refunded.
