A total body conditioning class designed to firm up your muscles, gain core strength, improve your balance, flexibility and endurance. This course will consist of a combination of Pilate's mat work, yoga moves, calisthenics and light hand weight exercises. Special consideration will be given for knee and back protection.
Monday & Wednesday from 9:30am-10:30am
